My art blog... what's on my easel.... what going on in my weekly workshops with my mentor Heleni Shamai .... daily painting... sketches... digital stuff and photography...challenges ... the whole works....
Love the crop, the colors, the freshness of your marks. And the blue of the book (oh, please let it be a book, not a phone or pad!) really pops against that yellow and the more grey-blue off to the side. I think you are inspiring me to try to paint people! I do mean inspire! This is another winner, you are keeping me going!
Thank you so much.... sorry but it is a phone..... your support keeps me going.... now to post this on Leslie's blog site. Had class and more stuff this afternoon....I do remember that you always wanted to paint people... GO FOR IT!!!!
Maybe...for now, the OPs seem most suited to landscape. But you are truly inspiring me...maybe by the end of the month. Time to paint...!
Yes OP is more suited for less detailed work... maybe with the crayons together you can get some details..along with pencils ... I have a few Polycolor by Lyra which are oil based....The crayons are smaller, and harder then the soft OP'S
